1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Curate ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Pro License

Upon purchasing a Pro license, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all features of the Software. The license is valid for:

  • One user
  • Up to 3 devices owned by that user
  • All future updates to the current major version

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Software to develop competing products

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the property of Curate. This agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to your audio files and samples. The Software processes files locally on your device and does not claim any ownership or rights to your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CURATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro license purchases. If you're not satisfied, contact us at info@curatesamples.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
